Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested by email here or by phone to (416) 964-1133.

No cancellation/refund/credit is allowed for on-demand courses (see details below) or for non-attendance of a live webinar or in-person workshop.

Alternatives to Cancellation

Substitution: A colleague may attend in your place at no extra charge. You are required to notify us of the name of the person who will be attending in your place.

Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another Leading Edge Seminars training that is being held within the same season, without penalty. If the new training is of lesser value, the difference will remain on your account as a store credit and can be applied during checkout toward any future Leading Edge Seminars training. If the new training is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before your registration transfer can be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy - Live Webinars

Two (2) weeks or more before course start date: Receive a refund less a $25 administration charge**, or receive store credit* less a $10 administration charge**.

Less than two (2) weeks before course start date: Receive store credit* less a $25 administration charge**.

One (1) business day or less before course start date or non-attendance of a training: No refund/credit will be provided.

Cancellation Policy - On-Demand Courses

Once you have registered for an on-demand webinar, you will receive a link to access the program for one year. Accordingly, no cancellation is allowed and no refund/credit will be provided for on-demand webinars once they are purchased.

Cancellation Policy - Advanced/Extended Training Courses

For extended trainings (multi-session programs), no refund/credit will be given once the program begins.

For special in-person destination events such as Innovations in Psychotherapy, Psychedelic Conference, etc., please see the individual event page/website for their specific cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy - In-Person Workshops

Note: EMDR 5-day Training Courses are excluded from the following cancellation policy. Please see the next section for cancellation policies regarding EMDR 5-day Training Courses.

Two (2) weeks or more before workshop start date: Receive a refund less a $50 administration charge**, or receive store credit* less a $25 administration charge**.

Within the two (2) weeks prior to workshop start date: Receive store credit* less a $50 administration charge**.

Cancellations received on the workshop start date: Receive store credit* equivalent to 50% of the workshop fee paid.

Note: No refund/credit will be provided for non-attendance of an in-person workshop.

Cancellation Policy - EMDR 5-Day Training Courses

Thirty (30) days or more before training start date: Full refund less a $100 administration charge**.

Thirty (30) days to two (2) weeks before training start date: Full refund less a $250 administration charge**.

Within two (2) weeks of training start date: No refund will be issued.

No refund will be issued once the training has begun.

Note: All EMDR participants are required to submit a completed Confirmation of Eligibility (COE) form within seven (7) days of registering for the course in order to attend the training. In the case of a registered participant who does not submit a completed COE, such registration will be cancelled according to the Cancellation Policy noted above.

If you sign up for a future Leading Edge Seminars EMDR 5-day training, the administration charge** paid due to cancellation can be applied to your new registration.


*Store credits do not expire and cannot be used toward certain special event programs or long-term, extended, or advanced trainings at the discretion of Leading Edge Seminars.
