CRPO Case Based Assessment Prep Course
Each year in the spring and fall, the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) randomly selects registered practitioners for testing as part of their mandatory Quality Assurance program.
This peer and practice review, or PPR, is a normal part of being a regulated health professional in Ontario. It’s designed to help you assess your knowledge, skill and judgment in key areas of professional practice. It also helps you identify ways to improve and maintain quality of care and where to focus your professional development efforts.
The first stage of the PPR is the Case Based Assessment, or CBA. If you are registered with the CRPO, you are required to complete the CBA once every five years.
