Jessica Dibb

Jessica Dibb is a pioneering breathwork facilitator whose lifelong work explores pathways for physical and psychological healing, awakened consciousness, and living from love. At the core of her approach is conscious breathing, which she integrates with depth psychology, consciousness studies, science, somatic and emotional intelligence, and individualized spirituality.

Trained extensively in ballet and yoga, Jessica experienced a pivotal epiphany during her pre-med studies at UC Irvine: that breath is a universal and unifying medicine for every person, in every situation. She is the author of Breathwork and Psychotherapy: Clinical Interventions for Healing and Transformation and is a passionate advocate for rigorous training and ethical standards that support powerful, safe, multidimensional, and nuanced breathwork practices.

Jessica is the founder of the 1,200+ hour Breathwork and Psychospiritual Facilitation Program at the Inspiration Consciousness School, co-director and ethics chair of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and creator of the Breath Immersion—From Science to Samadhi conferences. She continues to develop innovative processes for embodying psycho-spiritual wholeness through conscious breathing, drawing on both established and emerging wisdom teachings to cultivate presence, love, and healing across the lifespan—in relationship with ourselves, others, and our breathing planet.
